Cyberspace is a complex environment that involves people, software, and services, supported by the global distribution of information and communication technology (ICT). Cyberspace is vulnerable to various incidents, whether intentional or accidental, manmade or natural. The data exchanged in cyberspace can be exploited for nefarious purposes by nation-states and non-state actors. A "National Cyber Security Policy" has been drafted in consultation with all relevant stakeholders, user entities, and the public. The objectives and different strategies of the National Cybersecurity Policy will be discussed in this session.
